Educator Preparation Providers (EPPs) across our country are engaged in the complex task of developing forward-looking programs to attract, prepare, and support new teachers and counselors. Jayne Downey explores several insights gained during the development of new professional preparation/practice pathways for rural teachers and counselors and highlights potential application and impact for other EPPs.
