Lesley-Ann Noel will share her passion for emancipatory research and design. She will introduce key concepts such as the principles of design, design thinking and emancipatory research and will illustrate how she has developed her own personal design and research agenda based on an emancipatory philosophy. Finally, she will guide the members of the audience to consider how they can create an emancipatory research agenda for themselves.
